Course Description
This course covers requirements itemized on California Department of Pesticide Regulations Form 109 for Production Agricultural Operations, headquarter compliance inspection paperwork requirements. This course will cover items required in 3CCR 6412, 6618, 6700s, 6672-6684.
Course Objectives:
After completing this course, learners will be able to:
- Understand what the paperwork requirements, including what an inspector would look for including permit requirements, notice of application, Pesticide
- Use Reporting, Emergency Medical Care, safety features and equipment
- Understand hazard communication and handler training topics, including Pesticide Safety Information Leaflet information displayed at worksite.
- Understand the requirements for respiratory protection program and medical supervision program.
- Understand the importance of pesticide storage and requirements.
- Prepare and be ready with both programs and records required during a Headquarter Compliance inspection.
